At Speedy Mice, we realize that this can often be hard and time–consuming. That is the reason why we will do all that for you for free!Our capable technical team reps will migrate your web site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got plenty of experience with website migration and are able to take care of anything – from an ordinary WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–based site, to an extremely complex, custom–built web application.

A: There are lots of variables to think about – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. Having said that, we do our very best to perform all web site migrations in a 48–hour time frame. Less sizeable web sites are migrated faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We don’t collect any private info. We will need, however, the login info for your current hosting account as well as the name of the web site that you wish to transfer.

A: User privacy is among our paramount concerns – for this reason, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–class Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial operations to protect the data that we acquire on the web. And we have a very detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we gather.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous hosting provider. After the transfer is done, we’ll ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not compromised before informing you that the migration is completed. After that, we’ll tell you how to transfer the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to update your DNS resource records.

A: Nah. Aside from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not need anything. We will never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yeah. We support all regular Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site creation and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
